Project Description: The ACUA 3 LFG Energy Facility in EGG Harbor Township, New Jersey is the addition of a 1.9 MW landfill gas fired engine to an existing landfill gas to power facility.

The plant uses a Jenbacher JGS 616 reciprocating engine to generate electricity and ties into the local power grid. The project also includes a full gas pretreatment system and condensate removal system.

The contract included the following:

• Civil Engineering including foundations
• Process Engineering including P&ID's & piping
• Detailed Electrical Engineering
• Coordination of the control system
