Meg’s time is split two ways—she’s a business center managing lead, and she’s a project manager for architectural projects. In her first role, she’s responsible for financial success as well as resource management and operations. In her second role, she’s an architect and manager for high-rise, mixed-use project buildings, mostly rental apartments.
Project-wise, Meg recently kicked off a 500-unit apartment building which will include retail and parking at Assembly Row in Somerville, Massachusetts. With a high-rise steel building and a low-rise wood component, this apartment project will be another sought after addition to the community.
Well organized, an Excel geek, and always a designer at heart, Meg has lots of tools at her disposal. With her work tending more towards management these days, she scratches that creative itch by designing and sewing her own clothes. Plus, after 23 years, she’s almost done renovating and landscaping her antique carriage house—another outlet for her design bent.
