Ken Rogers (President and Managing Director)

As President, Mr. Rogers is responsible for all activity at IEA. Mr. Rogers has over thirty years experience in engineering and construction projects, including extensive responsibility in management positions on large, complex power and industrial projects. Mr. Rogers is a co-founder of Industry and Energy Associates and has led the company through acquisitions by CSW Energy, AEP and finally Eakin & Company, Ltd. Prior to starting IEA Mr. Rogers held positions as Project Manager with Zurn/NEPCO and Riley Consolidated, Inc. where he was responsible for all project management activities including construction, engineering, purchasing, start-up and contract administration on cogeneration and independent power projects. Mr. Rogers also worked with Charles T. Main Corporation in field engineering and with Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation.
Mr. Rogers holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Rick Poulin (Executive Vice President Marketing & Business Services)

As Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Mr. Poulin is responsible for all marketing, sales and business development activities for IEA. Mr. Poulin has over twenty years experience in the power generation industry, including extensive activities in marketing and sales, contract negotiation and management, capital equipment procurement, and construction and outage management. Prior to joining IEA, Mr. Poulin was with E/Pro Engineering and Environmental Consulting and was responsible for all marketing and business development activities for the newly formed utility subsidiary specializing in substation, transmission line engineering, and environmental consulting services. Prior to E/Pro, Mr. Poulin was with Zurn/NEPCO and filled roles in new business development and procurement.
Mr. Poulin holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maine and an AA from the University of New Hampshire.
Paula Pelzer, P.E. (Vice President of Engineering)

As Vice President of Engineering, Ms. Pelzer provides the leadership for all of IEA's project engineering activities including quality; resource development and management; technology and training. She is responsible for effective planning, budgeting, organization, direction, coordination and supervision of the work activities in the Engineering, Project Controls, and Information Technology departments.
Ms. Pelzer has more than 24 years of experience in the management and supervision of engineering, detailed design, construction and startup of electrical generating facilities including simple cycle, combined cycle, coal, landfill gas, and nuclear. Prior to joining IEA, Ms. Pelzer was with Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation, Vermont Yankee Power Company and Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company where she worked in various engineering and management positions.
Ms. Pelzer holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Ms. Pelzer is a registered engineer in over 29 states including Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Jeff Ramsey (Vice President, Regional Manager)

As Vice President and Regional Manager, Mr. Ramsey is responsible for all project management and engineering activities in the IEA Southeast office located in Ft. Mill, South Carolina. He is held responsible for profit/loss and maintenance and development of client relationships for the office. Mr. Ramsey has over twenty-five years of experience in consulting engineering, including various senior management roles. Prior to joining IEA, Mr. Ramsey served as President and Chief Operating Officer of a sizable engineering firm which served the industrial and petrochemical markets in the Southeast.
Mr. Ramsey holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University along with an ME degree in Structural Engineering from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and maintains active P.E. licenses in North and South Carolina.
Kevin Davis (Director of Projects)

Mr. Davis leads the Projects Group at IEA. This group includes Project Management, Project Engineering, Procurement, Construction support and Start-up management.
Mr. Davis has more than twenty-two years experience in field engineering, project engineering and project management with expertise in co-generation, combined cycle applications, gas turbines and steam turbines. He has served clients in the power, pulp and paper and defense industries. While at IEA he has lead several projects including the Sweeny Unit #4 Expansion Project, the Astoria Project, Lake Worth Generation Project, the Berlin Cluster Rules Project, the Kendall boiler replacement project and the L'Energia Repowering project.
Mr. Davis has managed business process documentation, process improvement projects and several other special projects while at IEA.
Prior to joining IEA, Mr. Davis was with Westinghouse for 12 years. Most recently he was a Project Engineer for Siemens-Westinghouse on advanced development projects such as the 501G projects and Rolls-Royce Trent industrial Engine Project. Prior to working with the Power Generation group at Westinghouse he was a field engineer for the Westinghouse Marine Division responsible for the installation of submarine propulsion systems. Mr. Davis has also worked as Marketing Manager for Thermoflow, a heat balance software company.
Mr. Davis holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BS in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy. He has additional course work in Project Management and Law. Mr. Davis is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Member of the Project Management Institute. He is also a Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He holds P.E. Licenses in Maine, Massachusetts and Virginia.
